All sales are final. Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. Verified damage claims will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for damage reported after this window.

Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
